And over the years, the biggest learning obstacle our adult students repeatedly mentioned was the lack of interest in the English subject when they were growing up. Traditional teacher-centered classes don’t cater to each student’s individual needs and is, more often than not, boring and ineffective.
We figured the best way to solve this issue is to go down to the root of the problem. By supplying better education to our future generations, they will be able to continue to apply their fondness of learning throughout their lives.

Summer Camp Counselors
Position Summary:
We are seeking motivated team members who will be responsible for planning, supervising, leading, and participating in all camp activities.
Location & Dates:
Option A – Taitung Camps – 2016.07.03 ~ 2016.07.22 (3 six-day camps)
Option B – North Taiwan Camps – 2016.07.24 ~ 2016.08.19 (8 three-day camps)
* Candidates can apply for both Option A and Option B.
* There will also be 2 to 3 pre-camp meetings held in June and early July. Dates will be decided after discussion with all participating camp counselors.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsible for group supervision of campers (aged 7 to 15) with regards to: behavior, health, safety, and personal & skill development.
Serve as a positive role model to campers.
Actively participate in, assist with, or teach camp activities & programs.
Work effectively with the Camp Director, Program Supervisors, and co-counselors.
Position Requirements:
Applicants need to hold a valid open work permit (APRC, JVRC, or student work permit).
Candidates should have a positive attitude and the ability to think on one’s feet when unexpected situations arise.
Candidates should be responsible, patient, outgoing, and willing to commit to executing all responsibilities associated with this position.
Experience of working with children and teenagers is necessary.
Previous camp teaching experience is a plus.
Knowledge and skills in outdoor activities are an asset.

Corporate English Training Instructors
Position Summary:
We are looking for qualified professional adult business English teachers to work in our Corporate Training Department.
Instructors will be dispatched to different companies around the Big Metropolitan-Taipei Area.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Instructors will be teaching small groups of business professionals or one to one lessons at the clients’ premises.
Instructors will work with the head teacher to tailor lessons to suit the requests of the clients.
Position Requirements:
Level of Education Required: Bachelor or above
Teaching Experience: Previous experience teaching adults. Business English teaching experience preferred.
Certifications: Any of the certifications listed – TESL / TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / DELTA
Additional Requirements: Previous experience in a business work environment is preferred.

Adult Conversational English Teachers
Position Summary:
We’d like to hire qualified adult conversational English teachers to work at one branch near the Dapinglin MRT station or another near the St.Ignatius High School MRT station.
Teachers should provide fun, interactive lessons to groups of students (usually aged between 18 and 50). Teachers may also be teaching one-on-one tutoring lessons.
Most of the classes are in the evenings or on Saturdays.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Teachers will be teaching all the English language skills that will enable students to effectively communicate in English.
Most classes have a set course book; however, teachers are encouraged to develop their own lessons that incorporate the given material.
Position Requirements:
Level of Education Required: Bachelor or above.
Teaching Experience: Previous experience of teaching adult group classes is an advantage, but it is not necessary.
Certifications: Any of the certifications listed – TESL / TEFL / TESOL / CELTA / DELTA.
Candidates should be responsible, patient, outgoing, and willing to commit to executing all responsibilities associated with this position.

Children & Teen English Teachers
Position Summary:
